Sing hallelujah, Marilyn lives!  And she is a changed woman.  She saw no hint of the afterlife when she was “dead”, so she’s throwing caution to the wind and even eating hospital food.  Unfortunately for her, however, Colleen already watched her deathtape in which Marilyn confessed she and Lancie replaced Colleen’s mother’s ashes with dog remains.  Colleen was ripping.  Hilarity ensued.

Ooh RR finally got some info out of Will; he reckons that Alf killed Penn, having seen him covered in blood in the wee hours of the morning.  High drama!

The investigation continues. Robert Robertson is going to get to the bottom of the Penn Graham case if it’s the last thing he does.  I have full confidence in the ability of him and Doogie to get their man.  I don’t know why they were conducting their interrogations in the middle of the surf club, seems a strange place for police business.

Stranger still was the detective’s insistence that Doogie go on a date with young Dexter. She didn’t seem too into the idea, with good reason, getting pimped by your boss is above and beyond the call of duty.  But Doogie now has to play love games with the confused teen’s emotions.  I don’t see a happy ending to this one but I could be wrong.  Maybe she’ll fall for his quirky charms and they’ll live out a happy life together.

Robert Robertson is back in force after his Christmas break. He’s interviewed a few of the locals and found out that Alf told Penn he’d “flamin’ kill” him, on the very night he was “murdered”.

I bet Penn’s hiding out somewhere. Probably with Hugo and Martha, in the secret Aussie hiding place.

Dr. Sid called around to deliver Nicole’s HIV results. She’s clear. That’s probably because she didn’t hang out with HIV Henk much.

Will and Irene had a good oul’ heart to heart.  He cheated on Gypsy and she ran away.  That’s why the young one is afraid Daddy Will Smith will run off too.  She doesn’t want to go to school either, probably because she’s the only child in Summer Bay.

Robert Robertson is slowly uncovering the Penn case. What’s Nicole hiding? She was very shifty when he asked her about the sequins. Anyway, how many different types of sequins can there be?

Alf and Miles denied all knowledge of Tulip O’Hare, but Alf showed his true colours later when he visited her grave. RR and accomplice got photographic evidence. How will he dig himself out of this hole?

Dexter is turning into a proper comedic character in the vein of Max and Robbie. He has his eye on the lady detective. What’s the age difference there, I wonder?

Bianca broke it off with Vittorio as his womanising ways got too much for her. Arrivederci, your majesty.

Aaaand now Home and Away is taking a break and won’t return until after Christmas. However will we manage?

Yahooooo Robert Robertson is back in the Bay, complete with hotshot lady assistant. He’s looking for Leah. Uh-oh. She went to Africa just in time.

Alf wasted no time in telling RR that Penn’s a mongrel. Way to not incriminate yourself, Stewie.

Ohhhh Penn is hilarious. He’s like a pantomime villain. And now he’s gone and faked his own death. Oh, I wonder who’ll get the blame?

Here’s how to get a job in Summer Bay. Ask Alf. He’ll give you one straight away, especially if you’re the Fresh Prince of SB, Will Smith.

Oh dear, oh dear. Penn is rapidly losing the plot. First he confessed to Coleen that he framed her for the thefts in the caravan park and got her thrown in prison. Then he told John Palmer that he wanted a shot of Gina. Not content with that, he broke in Myles’s gaff again and trashed the place again. He damaged a photo of Myles, Rabbit and his dead wife. Don’t think Milco will be too happy with that. I predict a showdown.

Arrrrggh why is Alf protecting Penn?  He’s so annoying.  GIVE THE COPS THE INFO, ALF!

Why did Indi run out crying when Romeo was kissing her?  I thought she was only dying to take it to the next level.  Confusing.

Looks like Bianca and the man from the Dolmio ads are getting along famously.  No doubt they’ll be all set to get married and dashing rockstar Liam Murphy will swagger back into town.

What is going on with Mitzi?  She tells Marilyn she has lung cancer, she tries to snog Dexter again, then collapses and starts drooling blood.  Time for her to be admitted to Dr. Sid methinks.

Leah and Elijah have decided to commute between “Africa” and Summer Bay.  Leah better find out where she’s going in Africa.

Lie under a car and wait for the local mental case to save you. Poor John. He was having a row with Xavier at the time, so naturally Xave now thinks he has super heart-affecting powers.

Liam Murphy has hightailed it out of the Bay. Looks like Prince trumps Rockstar. Ruby’s out of rehab and very distressed that he’s gone. Kisses hurt so much.

Penn called Alf a “suicide accomplice”. What a crap jibe. I hope Penn slings his hook soon.

What’s the craic with the downstairs of Angelo’s? It’s very like the surf club; it has a pool table and all. Is it the surf club?
