Who owns this Penn?

Penn is soooo mysterious. He’s more of a man of mystery than Austin Powers. He’s a mass of contradictions. On the one hand he’s a generous benefactor to Tony and the boxing club, on the other he framed Coleen as a thief and set fire to a police car. All the while he’s writing letters to his father and revealed that the whole family used to live in the bay. So that begs the question, who is his father? Can’t say that I have too many ideas but here are a few guess.

I can’t believe he’s only in the Bay a week! Personally I think he’s Harry Holden after travelling back from the future to see where it all went wrong for his parents. By helping Tony and making sure that Rachel can’t whinge about anything, he could be striving to put right what once went wrong and hoping each time that his next leap could be his leap home……..to a happy two parent family!

Absolutely amazing idea Justice Bellingham.
All I could come up with was Some Guy Called Mr. Graham’s Son. Too taxing for a Monday. Whoever the dad is, he’s dead at least right? Threw out the letter etc.

He’s a bit old to be Jesse’s…but wudnt it be great if he came back….yuummmm
I’d say he’s the Magician from 5 year old Alf Stewarts party,upset that he ruined his career by crying at that party all those years ago…..

Good thinking Constable. He could be Roo’s secret son and therefore Martha’s brother. Let’s say none of the Stewarts knew that Roo became pregnent again after Martha and baby Penn was given up for adoption but has now come back to meet the family. Didn’t Martha’s dad grow up to be a slimy property developer type and get into some strife over some dodgy development ?I remember Martha and her Lordship Justice B. were trying to stop him build some awful development that would “ruin the Bay forever”. Penn would be a chip of the old block then and the reason why Roo comes back ….

I dunno, Penn seems to have a vendetta against everyone in The Bay – Sid, Alf, Coleen…… He’s far too mysterious, I can’t make him out at all. Flathead, you mentioned potential fathers to be Dodge, Revhead, Jessie and Adam – if any of them are his father then I am going to feel very very old. have I been watching Home & Away that long??
