Hugo & Martha leave with a bang

Martha and Hugo have left the bay like “Bonnie and Clive” according to Colleen. They went on the run after another near death experience with Hugo involved. This time is was the crook cop Eaves who took a pop at Hugo but only managed to clip him in the leg. Charlie and Angelo managed to apprehend bent Eaves and bring him to justice. Making it a good day for the law in the bay, they also arrested people smuggler Hugo and his enabler Martha. But for some reason, Sergeant Risotto decided to release the pair of them so they could go on the run. Away with them, the single men of the bay will sleep easy with Martha gone.

I was happy to see Martha go to be honest.Her character has become redundant
And never really took to hugo.he was very hollow.
not much personality.
But twas an exciting episode all the same with the best

Nicole’s notching them up too and following in Martha’s footsteps.How does a school girl whose father is an out of work jailbird and mother (well where is she) have such a varied wardrobe. Don’t think I’ve seen her in the same outfit twice apart from her school uniform with the sexy socks!

I was surprised that Martha and Angelo never got it together. She used to be an electrician when she came to the Bay first but clearly her real skills were in other areas.
Nic is the new Martha alright and she passes her-exes on to Ruby. First Geoff now Liam.

Martha and Hugo have gone. No great loss. Are Tony and Rachael not due to go soon? But what about poor Coleen? She may be a terrible gossip and has hurt some people in her time but is accusing her of theft a way of writing her out next? I hope not We need her to keep some interest in what is becoming a very boring programme!
