No doubt he'll finally meet Rabbit's mother and it will be Miles' dead wife and he'll completely freak out and be taken to the mento hospo by the ambos. Naturally he doesn't recognise Rabbit because she's aged from a baby in ghost form. Anyway I reckon Miles has a brain tumour.
