Impending love triangle

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

Uh-oh Romeo likes Annie, Jai likes Annie, Annie kind of likes Romeo, but Romeo’s helping Jai win her back.  This is a disaster.

Robert Robertson has all the moves.  Don’t know why he’s going for flustered Leah.  Maybe he hasn’t seen the fluster yet.  Maybe he likes the Greeks.

Angelo has admitted he’s up to something quare.  He even has a secret boss who told him to keep at it even though his personal life is at stake.  Charlie has turned into an emotional wreck; I hope she can hold down her job at YCPD station.

Another awesome H&A montage

This one features loads of Aden crying and Matilda. I miss Matilda.

Drew crops up at one point. Poor form of him not to turn up at Belle’s funeral, or even get a mention.

All his chickens

Well it seems that Angelo can no longer keep his secrets and double life. Once Detective Robert Robertson got on the case, his days were numbered. And now Charlie knows that he’s not what he seems. But while he can’t tell her the truth, it’s clear that he has an ulterior motive which he needs to keep secret. Sure it’ll be all out in the open very shortly.

Why was there a picture of the Queen in the police station? The shot was nicely framed with her appearing just over Angelo’s shoulder as Charlie confronted him.

Summer Bay girls keep getting better

This is class. Although whoever made it seems to be a bit confused about what show he’s watching.
Aren’t some of the scenes from Grey’s anatomy?

Cassie was so strange looking. Her make up at the end is a bit of a show.

Bor-ing

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

Ah jaysus, after all the cribbing from Kirsty about how she doesn’t want the baby she’s expecting, she has a chat to Ollie and everything’s grand.  Don’t know why they bothered with that storyline.  At least she’s stopped her whinging.

In a mad move, Liam Murphy has moved to the Bay.  He’ll have to get rid of all his money if he wants to stick around.  The rich don’t last long in Summer Bay.  But I suppose the city is always just up the road.

Looks like Aden and Nicole are best mates – what’s the next level again?

Scrap

Wednesday, November 4th, 2009

There was high drama at Summer Bay jetty in that episode; some lad that Hugo knows started a big scrap down at the shed, just as Ruby was breaking up with Xavier.  Xavier tried to go to his brother’s aid, but instead got lamped in the head and fell into the water.  Luckily Brendan saved him.  Nice one Bandicoot.

After all the heroics, Mammy Austin decided Brendan could move into the community house.  Ruby 2 was effin’ thrilled.  Hugo pretended to the rubbish cop that he didn’t know the attacker, who had handily planted some kind of map in the shed.

Handily for Ruby 1, Xavier has memory loss, so he can’t remember she broke up with him.  She can ease her guilt by staying together with him.  That’s a great idea.

Colleen got landed with two slices of mud pie when Ruby and Nicole scarpered out of the diner.  I bet she kept them for herself and Madge Wilkins.

Sink it and die Austin

Ah, so Ruby Leeds is trying to steal Brendan away to a community house.  Sure what harm, you might think.  But Mammy Austin instinctively returned to the Bay just in time to stop Hugo shipping his brother off.  She wants to keep Brendan all to herself.  I’d say Ruby will convince her to set him free, though.

Geoff saw Ruby in the nip.  He’s well into her.  He’ll probably have visions of her now, just like Miles did when he first encountered Kirsty’s knickers.  On a related note, the Aden and Geoff scenes are keeping the comedy scores up at the moment.

Hugo got a death threat.  It was just like in the movies, with cut-out letters and everything.  Spooky.  Was it Trey’s da?  Where’s Trey again?  Did he go to jail?

Ruby Leeds

So that’s Ruby, Brendan’s mate.  She’s fairly savvy.  At least twice as savvy as Martha.

Robert Robertson has his glad eye on Leah.  He had a good oul’ chat with Ross too, all while keeping an eye on Charlie, who looked absolutely terrified.  She’s upping the normal worried face a notch or two.
