Right, there were about a million storylines in that episode.

  1. Sam says what we’ve all been thinking about Jack – "You’re the worst cop I’ve ever met"
  2. Floss shows up and demonstrates Professor Charles Xavier-type mental powers by deducing that Aidan aka The Troublemaker is in trouble.
  3. Aidan gets squished by a beam but gets rescued thanks to Floss’s mad skillz.  His story must be the first case of paedophilia to hit the Bay.
  4. Sally is momentarily upset by finding Aidan prone and helpless in the Diner but soon gets over that to declare it one of the best days of her life.
  5. Sam and Jack have a shouty row and then she keels over and loses the baby.  Sad.  He goes to the cops and she does a runner oooooh.
  6. Pippa, Stephen and Carly show up.  Pippa is no surprise as she’s in Home and Away every second week.  Carly is looking well.  We wonder if Stephen and Selina are still an item?
  7. Alf sits in the crowd at Sally’s farewell looking like he’s on some fairly heavy medication.  Annie is wearing weird dreamcatcher earrings and her hair needs a good wash.
  8. Cassie and Matilda go on a girly road trip.  Cassie’s baby kicks in protest at leaving the Bay.  Alf promotes the "only bad girls get AIDS" stereotype by telling Cassie to "be good – it’s never too late to start".

Strewth.  That was a lot to take in.

    Well we saw it on youtube so it’s definitely there, episode number 4608 I do believe!

    A jam packed episode for sure. I laughed, I cried, I ridiculed, I praised, but dammit I ENJOYED.

    It’s very good these days. Maybe they got in extra scriptwriters to see Sally off.

    I’m still hyper over Sam telling Jack he is the worst cop ever. I’ve been saying it for years.

    Sam finally voiced what we’ve all been thinking
    jack makes a s–t cop.i loved the old faces returning
    but it all happened so fast.cassie’s farwell was so rushed
    it was like she had been a temporary cast member.
    anyways what an episode.rushed summer bay hodge
    podge at its best.
