I thought it worth mentioning that although we know Sally’s leaving soon, I don’t think any of us have pondered what this means. She will pass into the realm of "past characters". Enjoy her while you can.

i’m dreading sally fletcher leaving.
if she goes then who will the show centre around.
i hardly think were gonna see jack and martha become the new Tom and Pippa.
after that awful Sutherland family left Sally moved into summer bay house
and continued the tradition of taking in foster children.AKA cassie and ric.
i feel the show will struggle to find its feet after she departs.
hopefully this is not the case.

Maybe Cassie will step up but I doubt she would be allowed foster due to the oul’ HIV.

Nah, do u know what will happen – i bet ya a tenner that Leah and Myles will get it together later on in the show and they become the new “Fletchers”. it has to be. i mean, Irene is already fostering but i think the show will revolve around Leah anf Myles now.
